What you will do

• Serve as recurring on-camera talent across three social media channels.
• Initiate and capture organic, person-on-the-street style content.
• Pitch and develop creative, out-of-the-box content concepts.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content from concept to final cut.
• Collaborate with the social team to brainstorm storylines and formats.
• Track content performance and apply learnings to future creative ideas.

Requirements

• Must be a current student (3rd year+) or recent graduate (within 1 year).
• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule onsite in New York.
• Natural, magnetic on-camera presence with comfort initiating conversations with strangers.
• Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Working understanding of social media marketing fundamentals and platform trends.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up ideation and editing workflows.
