What you will do

• Create and publish short-form social media content, specifically Instagram Reels and Stories.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to identify compelling stories, people, and ideas.
• Develop content that builds community and increases brand awareness.
• Manage the end-to-end creation process from ideation to editing and publishing.
• Analyze performance trends to optimize content for social media algorithms.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• Proven experience in creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok).
• Strong understanding of internet culture and social media trends.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and expressing a unique point of view.
• Ability to translate complex mission-driven ideas into engaging, shareable content.
• Commitment of approximately 15–20 hours per week.
