What you will do

• Develop social-first content ideas and creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and platform trends.
• Capture high-quality photo and video content using iPhone, DSLR, or mirrorless cameras for various campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end post-production, including editing short-form video with a focus on pacing and storytelling.
• Apply motion graphics, text animation, and sound design to create polished, platform-native edits.
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers and creators to optimize content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Contribute to evolving creative standards and production workflows across the team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in content production, video production, or social content creation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in shooting content with iPhone, DSLR, or mirrorless cameras.
• Advanced skills in editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube best practices and evolving formats.
• Experience managing post-production workflows and creative asset delivery.
