What you will do

• Own and evolve the platform's target architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Coordinate technical work across backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to align interfaces and priorities.
• Lead technical discovery and translate business goals into clear solution options, risks, and estimates.
• Define engineering standards for API design, observability, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute hands-on to critical development, spikes, and reference implementations.
• Evaluate new technologies and industrial protocols to drive platform innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering with experience in technical leadership or solution architecture.
• Strong background in .NET / C# and designing distributed cloud-based production systems.
• Practical experience with Azure architecture across compute, messaging, and data processing.
• Ability to turn incomplete requirements into actionable solution options and delivery plans.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• English: B2+ required for direct communication with the client.

Nice to have

• Architecture experience in industrial IoT or edge-to-cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Azure IoT Hub, IoT Edge, and related Azure services.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols like MQTT, Sparkplug B, or OPC UA.
• Experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform, Helm, and Docker.
• Background in technical pre-sales and evaluating new customer opportunities.
