What you will do

• Collaborate closely with local client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to ensure project success.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of core insurance platform implementation activities.
• Facilitate communication between clients, local stakeholders, and the central delivery organization.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers in collaboration with project leadership.
• Ensure project activities align with agreed scope, timelines, and delivery methodologies.
• Provide regular progress updates and risk assessments to both internal and client management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid, Spain and comfortable with a hybrid work setup.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills are required.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Implementation Manager in software delivery.
• Hands-on experience implementing core insurance platforms or large-scale insurance software solutions.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes such as policy administration, underwriting, billing, and claims.
• Experience managing distributed teams and collaborating across locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with policy administration systems or core insurance transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or insurance platform modernization.
• Background in supporting data migration or legacy modernization initiatives.
