What you will do

• Define and evolve a multi-year product vision and strategy for the Data Platform aligned with company priorities and AI ambitions.
• Turn fragmented stakeholder requests into structured problem spaces and clear product roadmaps.
• Build an outcome-based portfolio covering data products, semantic layers, self-service analytics, and AI quality gates.
• Drive prioritization across platform foundations, governance, and domain-specific needs while managing trade-offs.
• Establish North Star Metrics and KPIs to measure platform adoption and enabled business value.
• Coach Product Managers and initiative owners on discovery, prioritization, and product maturity.

Requirements

• Proven record of delivering impact through complex platform, data, or enterprise products.
• Experience owning strategy and outcomes across multiple teams without formal authority.
• Strong understanding of data warehouses, semantic layers, BI, governance, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Sufficient technical fluency to engage in architecture and engineering trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience aligning senior stakeholders around difficult priorities and trade-offs.
