What you will do

• Lead 1–2 teams of software engineers in the Investment Operations Corporate Actions Product Area, including staffing and team development.
• Partner with Product Management to refine customer outcomes and delivery expectations.
• Run day-to-day scrum execution with responsibility for both near-term business deliverables and long-term engineering improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to drive improvements in product quality, security, delivery, and system performance.
• Provide input into the strategic direction of the product areas.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading software engineers.
• Deep expertise in designing and evolving complex software systems.
• Experience with the .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs) for scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture (RESTful services, microservices/modular monolith, event-driven systems).
• Experience with cloud-native principles including CI/CD, observability, resilience, and scalability.
• Ability to coach teams on architecture, system design, quality engineering, AI-assisted development, observability, performance, and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Exposure to financial systems/capital markets platforms or high-volume transactional systems.
• Experience with frontend micro-frontend (MFE) architectures.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and platform engineering concepts.
