What you will do

• Partner with third-party administrators to oversee monthly valuations, general ledger entries, and fair value accounting.
• Review fund expenses and accruals against budgets and manage investor allocations and fee calculations.
• Oversee hedged share classes, including reporting impacts and related calculations.
• Reconcile accounting data between internal systems and administrators using automation tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the GP in Direct Investing Fund structures.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers and internal partners to resolve reporting discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fund accounting, fund operations, or asset management.
• Solid understanding of capital activity, investor allocations, and partnership accounting.
• Knowledge of hedging strategies and hedged share classes.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal to support the hybrid office requirement.

Nice to have

• Big 4 accounting or audit experience.
• Experience with Alternative Investment fund administration and operations.
