What you will do

• Monitor and triage alerts across DLP, Insider Risk, endpoint, cloud, and email security services.
• Investigate policy triggers, gather evidence, and escalate risks when necessary.
• Perform platform health checks covering endpoint connectivity, agents, telemetry, and integrations.
• Handle Level 1 client requests and resolve standard issues using technical evidence.
• Troubleshoot root causes methodically using logs, dashboards, and system testing.
• Support policy configuration, tuning, validation, and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Requirements

• Strong interest in data protection and developing into a technical engineering role.
• Logical troubleshooting mindset and ability to break down complex problems step-by-step.
• Basic knowledge of networking, compute, endpoints, identity, and SaaS connectivity.
• Confidence in analyzing logs, technical documentation, and system information.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in England.

Nice to have

• Experience in security operations, service desk, or technical support roles.
• Exposure to hirify.global Data Security, DLP, or Insider Threat Management platforms.
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, proxies, and email flow.
• Working knowledge of Windows or macOS endpoints and SaaS administration.
• Awareness of scripting, APIs, or automation concepts.
