What you will do

• Deploy, integrate, and optimize hirify.global technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments.
• Lead security infrastructure design and planning as a trusted advisor for key customers.
• Complete deployment projects according to Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Manage customer support tickets and proactively maintain healthy deployments.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and operations teams to enhance communication.

Requirements

• Technical background or experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer.
• Knowledge of computer networking protocols (LAN/WAN), cybersecurity principles, and the OSI model.
• Entry-level understanding of network and cloud architecture design and best practices.
• Familiarity with OT network principles based on the Purdue model.
• Foundational knowledge or certifications from vendors like AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional European languages.
• Experience implementing hirify.global sensors and software modules.
• Experience with hirify.global deployment options, integrations, and response tuning.
