Cyber Infrastructure Engineer (AI Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Deploy hirify.global technology across customer network, cloud, OT, and email environments.
• Integrate new systems into existing network architectures and complete deployment projects within expected service-level objectives.
• Advise key customers on security infrastructure design and planning.
• Manage customer support tickets, resolve technical issues, and proactively maintain healthy deployments.
• Coordinate communication across sales, customer success, operations, and other go-to-market teams.
• Mentor other technical resources and support high standards of integrity and accountability.

Requirements

• Technical educational background or experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN, WAN, cybersecurity principles, and the OSI reference model.
• Entry-level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices.
• Basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model.
• Foundational knowledge or certifications with AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing hirify.global sensors and software modules in cloud, email, and OT environments.
• Experience with hirify.global deployment options, integrations, custom routes, firewall integrations, email integrations, and response enablement and tuning.
• Fluency in additional European languages.
