What you will do

• Act as the primary executive-facing leader for a major UK financial services institution.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders.
• Guide customers through their data security journey, defining strategy and success measures.
• Orchestrate internal teams including engineering, professional services, and product to ensure program success.
• Advocate for customer requirements within Cyera’s product and R&D teams.
• Drive long-term account growth, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Significant experience leading enterprise security, data, or transformation programs in large regulated organizations.
• Strong understanding of Data Security, DSPM, Data Governance, or Data Risk Management.
• Proven ability to influence and build consensus with executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs and coordinating multiple teams.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
