What you will do

• Define and drive the AI Engineering strategy to support the company's consumer AI agenda.
• Lead multiple multidisciplinary engineering teams utilizing Python, LangSmith, OpenAI, Gemini, and Databricks.
• Establish best practices for AI-native development, including evaluation frameworks, observability, and AI-focused CI/CD processes.
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge tools for MCP Servers, agent-to-agent communication, and workflow orchestration.
• Enable the delivery of innovative AI experiences, including procedural UX and intelligent automation.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to ensure long-term innovation and successful delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 7+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing Agile engineering teams.
• 2+ years of experience delivering impactful, large-scale machine learning or AI-powered products.
• Proven experience building backend platforms that support multiple product lines.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, LLM ecosystems, and agent-based architectures.
• Must be based in Poland for remote cooperation.
