What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of national accounts to generate sales and ensure sustainable long-term growth.
• Identify new sales opportunities and proactively prospect outside the current customer base.
• Oversee sales execution, including order follow-up, customer queries, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive environments to provide actionable analyses.
• Coordinate with marketing, licensing, planning, and logistics to ensure smooth execution for customers.
• Prepare commercial reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or sales support, ideally within FMCG, retail, or the toy industry.
• Fluent Polish and English language proficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to prepare clear commercial reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively in a competitive environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Gdańsk, Poland.
