Training Devices - Technical Project Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Lead the definition, development, validation, qualification, acceptance, and delivery of LTA and MRTT training simulators.
• Coordinate Airbus stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to deliver projects on time, on cost, and on quality.
• Define contractual obligations and supplier documentation, including statements of work and acceptance documents.
• Prepare data and software packages, parts and equipment requirements, spares, technical offers, cost calculations, schedules, and project reports.
• Manage configuration, modifications, service bulletins, risks, opportunities, and project performance indicators.
• Act as the technical point of contact and approve technical documents, meeting minutes, and product acceptance documentation.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, aeronautics, or an equivalent field.
• More than 5 years of experience in an aeronautical company.
• Experience designing and developing training aids and managing projects.
• Negotiation-level English and experience working in an international environment.
• Knowledge of air power programmes, especially MRTT and LTA products.
• Ability to multitask, work autonomously and collaboratively, adapt quickly, and learn independently.
