What you will do

• Work in agile teams to uncover priorities, visualise outcomes, and define scope.
• Shape strategic initiatives by applying colleague, customer, and market insight when creating or enhancing propositions and services.
• Run and participate in workshops with stakeholders to ensure business context, needs, and risks are understood and decisions are well informed.
• Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to manage expectations and incorporate multiple perspectives into solution definition.
• Support research and document current and future state services, bringing the user perspective forward and challenging constraints.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and engineers, and actively share knowledge within the design community.

Requirements

• Experience using research and design thinking methods to inform service and digital experience decisions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas, issues, and implications to senior, technical, and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work confidently in agile teams and help define scope, outcomes, and priorities.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and confidence to provide constructive challenge.
• Calmness and resilience under pressure, with proactive identification of risks and emerging priorities.
