What you will do

• Act as the primary internal contact for sales teams regarding customer requirements, special projects, and product changes.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while monitoring KPIs related to Service Level and On-Shelf Availability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Implement collaboration plans and conduct regular meetings to strengthen client partnerships.
• Define sales forecasts for new products and promotional activities.
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain positive professional relationships.

Requirements

• University Degree and 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, specifically in Customer Collaboration, Logistics, Demand, and Planning.
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and its main sales channels.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and fluent English (C1).
• High analytic skills and strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
