What you will do

• Define and drive the technical vision for online services, networking, and multiplayer features.
• Partner with design and production teams to deliver cohesive and engaging online experiences.
• Lead the optimization of networking code to ensure high performance, security, and scalability.
• Establish engineering standards and long-term development strategies for online features.
• Identify and resolve complex technical risks across the online services architecture.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and quality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Online Engineer on AAA titles with ownership of multiplayer features.
• Expert knowledge of networking technologies, client-server architectures, and distributed systems.
• Advanced C++ programming skills with substantial experience in Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
• Strong experience designing scalable cloud-based solutions using AWS or Azure.
• Exceptional architectural and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence technical direction and mentor teams.
