What you will do
- Monitor and support vehicle advertisement performance across online platforms.
- Optimize listings to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Perform basic analysis of ad performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute A/B tests on titles, descriptions, and visuals.
- Collaborate with international teams across Europe.
- Track key performance metrics and contribute to reporting.
Requirements
- English: Fluent (written and spoken)
- Strong interest in digital platforms, data, and online performance.
- Basic analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
- High attention to detail.
- Location: Must be based in Tirana, Albania for onsite work

- Previous experience in online content, ads, or digital environments.
