What you will do

• Design and maintain agentic workflows to support product management research, synthesis, and reporting.
• Integrate automations with CRM, knowledge bases, and collaboration tools via APIs and connectors.
• Develop and manage a shared library of reusable AI skills and automations.
• Collaborate with product managers to identify pain points and scope automation opportunities.
• Monitor, test, and iterate on existing tools to ensure reliability.
• Train non-technical stakeholders on how to operate and provide feedback on new tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automation engineering or technical operations.
• Proven experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom code for automated workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools, agent creation, and multi-step retrieval workflows.
• Strong proficiency in integrating business systems via APIs.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical automation.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS environment or product operations.
• Background in building internal AI-enablement capabilities from scratch.
• Exposure to cybersecurity or security-conscious environments.
• Experience training non-technical teams.
