Location: Hybrid work model required in Białystok or surrounding areas (at least 3 days in the office)

What you will do

• Lead the algorithmic core of an AI-Native platform research project.
• Design and implement the MCP Graph Broker for enterprise environments in Poland.
• Research AI agent integration with Knowledge Graphs and develop real-time context brokering models.
• Develop RAG systems utilizing vector databases and semantic search (e.g., Azure AI Search).
• Design multi-tenant SaaS architectures ensuring context separation, data isolation, and access policies.
• Implement agent orchestration patterns including routing, memory management, and human-in-the-loop.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior or lead role in cloud solutions architecture.
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, microservices, and API management.
• Practical knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar context protocols and ML/AI APIs.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RLHF for AI assistants.
• Fluency in Polish (C1+) and English (B2+).
• Higher technical education in computer science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise system integration via Microsoft 365 Graph API or ServiceNow REST API.
• Knowledge of MLOps, deploying and monitoring models using Azure ML and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience as a Senior Data Scientist or Senior ML Engineer with a focus on NLP.
• Scientific publications or participation in R&D projects in the AI/ML domain.
• Azure certifications: AI-102, DP-100, AZ-204, or AZ-305.
