What you will do

• Provide efficient technical support for 3D scanners and software via online sessions, phone, and email.
• Manage support cases by collecting relevant customer information and recording data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate customer feedback.
• Participate in occasional on-site events.

Requirements

• Spanish: C1 level required.
• Ukrainian: Fluent proficiency required.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required for internal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv to support a hybrid work model.
