What you will do

• Monitor VIP Managers’ communication across channels and evaluate service quality.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve communication style and tone of voice.
• Develop and implement onboarding plans for new VIP Managers.
• Create guides, communication standards, and best practices for VIP client interactions.
• Analyze communication weak points and suggest practical improvements.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to support team development and service consistency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine or Poland
• Experience working with VIP clients in gambling, betting, or luxury industries.
• Strong understanding of premium customer service and personalized communication.
• Experience in building onboarding, training, or quality control processes.
• English: B2+ required
• Ukrainian: Fluent required
