Location: Must be based in Brazil. The role involves occasional travel to visit European clients for project bootstrapping.

What you will do

• Lead technical design and architecture for complex data solutions and products.
• Enable and mentor multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and engineers.
• Design and deploy data pipelines, data lakes, and data mesh architectures.
• Collaborate with strategy, product, and program management teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, performance, and privacy best practices.
• Present technical solutions and proof-of-concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• At least 3 years of experience with the Databricks data platform.
• Solid experience in architecture design and technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ability to translate business problems into data solutions using Python.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of non-functional requirements including GDPR and data privacy.
• Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing frameworks.
