What you will do

• Architect production-level ML & AI workloads, including end-to-end pipelines and training/inference optimization.
• Implement enterprise GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures, agentic systems, and AI observability.
• Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads using best-in-class MLOps practices.
• Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sale process.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent the customer's voice and influence the AI roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience as an ML Engineer or AI Engineer.
• Experience building production-grade cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with LLMs, vector databases, fine-tuning, and tools like HuggingFace, Langchain, or OpenAI.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong ability to communicate and teach technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Brazil and available to travel up to 30% when needed.
