Location: Based in Lisbon, with regular travel to the North of Portugal (approximately monthly)

What you will do

• Protect revenue by triaging charger issues, assigning interventions, escalating blockers, and ensuring highest-priority chargers get the fastest attention.
• Prioritize interventions using business impact (utilization, revenue exposure, charger importance, customer impact, and severity).
• Turn customer complaints into resolved operational tickets by investigating issues and closing the loop to stop recurring failures.
• Manage and support the Ranger/field operations team: set priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure correct resolution the first time.
• Coordinate service providers and external partners, monitoring delays and quality to ensure agreed actions are completed on time.
• Work with hardware suppliers and technical teams to diagnose complex issues, escalate recurring hardware/software problems, and drive long-term corrective actions.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of effective professional experience with measurable operational impact and ownership of outcomes.
• Portuguese: native-level; English: professional.
• Strong operational and organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple incidents without losing sight of business outcomes.
• Analytical thinking to distinguish real problems from isolated events and use numbers to support decisions.
• Technical curiosity to understand how charging infrastructure works and differentiate technical issue types (e.g., reboot vs. potential hardware failure).
• Based in Lisbon and able to travel regularly to the North of Portugal (about monthly) for station visits.
