What you will do

• Own operational performance for a portfolio of third-party manufacturers.
• Drive supplier performance through data-driven governance and actionable improvement plans.
• Lead the resolution of critical supply and capacity risks to ensure business continuity.
• Improve ways of working between the company and external manufacturing partners.
• Support strategic network projects and TPM evolution initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance execution across the value stream.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
• 4-5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, specifically managing external manufacturers or TPMs.
• Proven track record in handling critical supply disruptions and operational escalations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Nice to have

• Data engineering skills.
• Experience developing advanced dashboards in Power BI.
