What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned vendors, managing operational and commercial topics.
• Support pricing and bonus negotiations to drive profitability and improve SLA performance.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers and SKUs to strengthen market competitiveness.
• Track supplier compliance and performance against agreed commercial terms, resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintain and update supplier master data, including pricing and commercial conditions, in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Logistics, IT, and Finance to resolve claims and improve overall service levels.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in online business or e-commerce.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of procurement fundamentals, assortment logic, and price positioning.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Proactive mindset with high attention to detail regarding contracts and master data.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge within the Automotive Aftermarket sector and Auto Parts Manufacturers.
• Knowledge of legal aspects related to commercial agreements.
• Professional proficiency in Italian, French, and/or German.
