What you will do

• Deliver excellent face-to-face service to help customers resolve debt and reduce energy consumption.
• Identify new tenants through local discussions and networking while maintaining data protection standards.
• Lead warrant teams to access premises for meter exchanges or disconnections when necessary.
• Record job information accurately using provided electronic equipment and paperwork.
• Travel to customer premises to provide support and resolve payment issues.

Requirements

• Must live within Doncaster and be happy to travel.
• Full valid UK/EU driving licence required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic PC skills and ability to use a smartphone and tablet.
• Must have access to broadband at home for data uploading.
