Location: Burton-on-Trent, GB. Must be fully office-based for the first 5 months, with a subsequent option to work 2 days from home.

What you will do

• Process 10–30 B2B customer orders daily, ensuring high data accuracy.
• Handle 40–50 inbound and outbound calls daily, spending approximately 75% of the day on the phone.
• Manage and update the open order book using SAP reports and Excel to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Collaborate with accounts, supply chain, and transport teams to resolve queries and update customers.
• Prioritize workload effectively and adapt to fluctuating business volumes.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B customer service or order management.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications for report creation and data analysis.
• Ability to handle high-volume enquiries, complaints, and escalations to KPI standards.
• Experience managing open orders and identifying fulfillment risks.
• GCSE Maths and English Grade 5+.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Burton-on-Trent, GB.
