What you will do

• Handle operations-related tickets, including issue tracking, resolution, and escalation.
• Communicate with guests to address inquiries and ensure a smooth stay experience.
• Follow up on operational tasks and provide administrative support, including documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with housekeeping, maintenance, and global customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Support ongoing operational projects from planning to execution.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve operational workflows and guest service processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Hospitality, Business, Operations, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in email, dashboards, and task management tools.
• Must be located in Dubai for a hybrid work arrangement.
