Salary: USD 135,500 - 258,500 per year (base salary)

What you will do

• Drive full lifecycle delivery of SASE and security software features, including planning, execution, risk management, validation, and deployment.
• Run Agile/Scrum practices across distributed engineering teams (standups, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration).
• Partner with Product Management to translate SASE/security requirements into detailed plans with milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across cloud services, documentation, support, and development teams.
• Own project artifacts such as roadmaps, schedules, risk plans, dashboards, release plans, and customer-impact assessments.
• Ensure secure release management for high availability, reliability, and compliance with security best practices.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of software project/program management experience delivering complex software initiatives to completion.
• Proven experience managing cloud-based, security, or networking software programs.
• Strong practical understanding of Agile/Scrum and experience driving distributed Scrum teams.
• Deep understanding of the full SDLC from architecture through delivery and post-release support.
• Experience in one or more domains: SASE services, identity/security policy enforcement, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), networking platforms, SD-WAN, or network orchestration.
• Proficiency with modern project management and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

Nice to have

• Technical background in networking or security (routing/switching, identity management, encryption, API security).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud operations, distributed systems, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience in large-scale, high-visibility enterprise software programs.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
