Salary: $89,075 – $120,250

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day management and leadership for assigned IT service programs and projects.
• Oversee project teams using SAFe and LeSS methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Manage project financials, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary interface with clients, ensuring all contractual deliverables and performance metrics are met.
• Develop and manage project plans for cybersecurity initiatives, including incident documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor program maturity and provide SME-level input to improve PMO processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management or related technical fields.
• 5 years of experience leading programs using Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) and SAFe.
• Must be able to obtain Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) clearance.
• Proven experience managing projects within the VA environment, specifically using the VIP governance model.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline (or 8 additional years of relevant experience).
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Leading SAFe 4.5 (or higher) certification.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
