Product Analyst-Portugal (Remote)

Location: Remote EMEA; based remotely in Portugal, the East US, the UK, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Estonia, or Israel

What you will do

• Define and maintain product event taxonomies, tracking standards, instrumentation quality, and shared metric definitions with Engineering.
• Build scalable, self-service dashboards and reporting for product teams using tools such as Mixpanel, Segment, and Looker.
• Build and maintain dbt models, metric layers, data-quality tests, monitoring, documentation, and automation.
• Organize and analyze Voice of the Customer signals from support, churn, NPS, sales feedback, and customer interviews.
• Deliver reporting and readouts on adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, and product performance for business stakeholders and executives.
• Use AI to accelerate insight generation, documentation, reporting, and decision-making while maintaining metric integrity and operational guardrails.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles, working closely with digital product teams.
• Advanced SQL and a strong analytical foundation, including experience with event-based analytics.
• Experience with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools, Looker or similar BI tools, Segment or similar platforms, and dbt.
• Practical understanding of how AI is reshaping analytics workflows, including safe operationalization and guardrails.
• Ability to build scalable systems, operate independently in ambiguity, and communicate complex findings as actionable recommendations.
• Remote work is limited to Portugal, the East US, the UK, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Estonia, or Israel.
