What you will do

• Write and ship production code daily in C#/.NET and Java/Spring Boot environments.
• Use AI coding assistants as a primary tool for writing, reviewing, and shipping high-quality code.
• Design and drive cross-service architecture initiatives and shared library development.
• Build internal AI-driven tooling to automate testing, deployment, and developer workflows.
• Participate in production support, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to align technical decisions with business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role.
• Deep proficiency in C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot with the ability to work across both.
• Daily, hands-on fluency with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment on AWS EKS/Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of async I/O, system resilience, and financial/decimal-precision correctness.
• Must be based in the continental US.
