What you will do
- Develop and lead the implementation of new features within a cross-functional team.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and refactoring to enhance codebase quality.
- Contribute to application optimization through caching, architecture changes, and code audits.
- Write clean, DRY code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, estimate tasks, and plan sprints.
- Participate in regular showcases of work to product owners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Expertise in PHP or Node.js.
- Proven experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
- Understanding of version control systems like GIT and basic Unix environments.
- Experience working in an Agile environment using JIRA.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
