What you will do

• Lead a team of stationary engineers, building operators, and trade subcontractors.
• Oversee all technical operations including boilers, chillers, plumbing, and biohazard safety systems.
• Manage annual equipment shutdowns, planned maintenance schedules, and capital project planning.
• Strengthen relationships with clients, customers, stakeholders, and municipal bylaw offices.
• Develop SOPs, annual protocols, and training programs while tracking KPIs for operational efficiency.
• Manage annual budgets, financial controls, invoicing, and accounting practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry/work experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing operations and teams.
• 5+ years in budgeting and financial reporting at the department head level.
• Experience in service delivery within a healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• PMP or FMP certification and knowledge of Public Private Partnerships (P3) contracts.
