What you will do

• Plan, integrate, and continuously develop data sources, including data modeling and transformation.
• Optimize existing data structures within the business intelligence environment.
• Conceptualize and build a company-wide dashboard and reporting portfolio.
• Develop modern self-service BI solutions to provide targeted support for data-driven decision-making.
• Operate and administer the BI platform, including user management, monitoring data loads, and performing tests.
• Collaborate with business departments to collect requirements and translate business questions into sustainable BI solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting.
• Solid proficiency in common BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable solutions.
• Strong database expertise in SQL and relational data models, ideally with cloud-based databases.
• In-depth understanding of ETL processes and performance optimization.
• Highly developed analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented work style.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with a wide range of business functions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience working with SAP systems, specifically S/4HANA.
