Data Engineer (BI)

What you will do

• Design and co-create robust, maintainable data products and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Implement Medallion architecture within the Databricks environment.
• Build Power BI visuals, transform data using DAX, and maintain datasets for analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business engineers and product owners.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage production pipelines while ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Contribute to the shared data platform strategy and best practices.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Python for data transformations.
• Experience with Power BI, specifically Power Query and strong DAX skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of Power Automate for report delivery and processing.
