What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the analytics and BI teams to foster a high-performance culture focused on business impact.
• Execute the analytics strategy and roadmap in partnership with the VP of Data & Analytics to align with company goals.
• Serve as a trusted analytical partner to senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Conduct high-impact analyses on customer behavior, revenue, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Establish company-level KPI definitions, analytical governance, and scalable reporting standards.
• Implement AI-driven analytics capabilities to accelerate insight generation and reduce manual reporting.

Requirements

• Significant experience in analytics or BI within a technology or data-driven company.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing analytics teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and deep understanding of data modeling and BI platforms.
• Expertise in defining metric frameworks and scalable reporting standards.
• Strong analytical foundation in statistical reasoning, cohort analysis, and funnel analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Superset.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks including dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake, ClickHouse, or Postgres.
• Background in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or high-growth technology platforms.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted analytics, analytical agents, or automated anomaly detection.
