What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of 5-10 senior engineers, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.
• Own the platform roadmap, reliability, and strategic direction using adoption metrics.
• Build and scale internal agentic development platforms to supercharge engineering workflows.
• Remove friction across the engineering lifecycle to ensure a fast and secure path to production.
• Define company-wide frameworks for technical oversight, system safety, and architectural reversibility.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to align platform capabilities with business goals.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with technical depth in architectural alignment.
• Demonstrable experience building or scaling agentic development, including eval pipelines and human-in-the-loop boundaries.
• Clear experience leading platform, infrastructure, or developer experience teams.
• Solid grounding in cloud ecosystems including AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC.
• Proven track record in engineering management with a focus on coaching and psychological safety.
• Risk-aware mindset with experience in least-privilege and blast-radius principles.
