What you will do

• Control and reconcile accounts, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and bank accounts.
• Ensure financial transactions are recorded according to internal policies and external standards.
• Prepare accounting reports and schedules for consolidation, cash flow, and budget reporting.
• Support cost accounting and budgeting activities, including direct/indirect cost allocation and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit collections to maintain cash flow predictability.
• Collaborate with finance and business colleagues to strengthen financial controls and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting or financial control.
• Solid understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP and reporting tools to generate financial insights.
• Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-specialists.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bogota, Colombia.
