Location: Hybrid (Krakow, Poland). In-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly (typically 3 days a week) at the Krakow office

Salary: zł 245,000 – zł 275,000 per annum

What you will do

• Own the architecture and evolution of the mobile and web platform used by 20+ product teams.
• Lead the shared component library, design system, accessibility (a11y), and localization engine.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and safe rollout infrastructure for app store delivery.
• Collaborate with UX to set standards for performance, accessibility, and observability.
• Enable product teams through documentation, tooling, and architecture reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold quality and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 4+ years of building products at scale.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React or React Native.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Hands-on experience owning the full mobile or web release lifecycle.
• Experience designing the data layer between backend services and client apps (GraphQL, BFF patterns).
• Experience building design systems at scale that are adopted by multiple product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with backend languages: Go, Java, or Kotlin.
• Deep knowledge of React Native performance constraints, native bridges, and OS-level differences.
• Proven track record of onboarding teams onto shared frameworks and tooling.
• Broad perspective on the client app spectrum, from full native to PWA.
