What you will do

• Manage and optimize security tools including SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanners.
• Lead incident response activities including triage, containment, root cause analysis, and recovery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement "shift left" security and DevSecOps practices in CI/CD pipelines.
• Administer IAM systems, enforcing least privilege and performing periodic access reviews.
• Manage bug bounty programs and validate vulnerability findings.
• Develop security metrics and reporting dashboards for leadership visibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona (Hybrid)
• 5+ years of experience in a senior security role with a track record of leadership.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network security principles.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with industry frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
