• Collaborate with clients to teach and implement agile practices like TDD, pair programming, and continuous delivery.
• Develop and deliver high-quality, user-driven software solutions in a balanced team environment.
• Pair with client developers to build business value and technical feasibility.
• Champion AI-augmented workflows to accelerate delivery and reduce cycle time.
• Ensure reliable software solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate communication and bridge the gap between technical teams and government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must have an active DoD security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Ruby, or Elixir.
• Experience with Spring Boot, React, Vue, or Redux.
• Strong understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevSecOps processes.
• Experience with API development and Linux environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in training, mentoring, or up-skilling engineers.
• Experience with cloud-native applications and continuous delivery environments.
• Experience working directly with clients or in a DoD Software Factory.
