What you will do

• Drive projects end-to-end, from initial idea to final execution.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for the full rental journey, including payments and lease management.
• Collaborate with a lean, high-impact team to ship meaningful product updates.
• Utilize AI tools as a core skill to move faster and improve thinking.
• Coordinate with international teammates across the US and Bangkok during shared collaboration windows.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Seattle, WA for hybrid office attendance.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive projects independently.
• Direct, candid, and respectful communication style.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance engineering productivity.
• Ability to align with specific collaboration hours (SpreeHours) for global team coordination.
