What you will do

• Collaborate with government clients to introduce and teach agile methodologies, including TDD and pair programming.
• Develop and deliver high-quality, user-driven software solutions in a continuous release environment.
• Pair with client developers to build technical capacity and ensure business value.
• Champion AI-augmented development practices to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.
• Ensure software reliability and security within Linux-based environments.
• Work within a balanced team to make informed engineering decisions based on validated user needs.

Requirements

• Must have an active Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 3-6 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in PHP, Kotlin, Java, or Javascript, and frameworks like Spring Boot or React.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevSecOps processes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for client-facing environments.
• Experience with API development and TDD.

• Experience developing cloud-native applications.
• Background in leading product or development teams.
• Experience working directly with government or enterprise clients.
