Product Manager (ERP)

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Hybrid in Atlanta, GA).

What you will do

• Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap for IP solutions.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Serve as the primary liaison between development, sales, consulting, and support teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate release schedules, sprint ceremonies, and delivery milestones.
• Participate in customer calls and review support cases to identify enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS, ERP, or PSA solutions.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile development teams.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
