• Monitor project spend through valuations and regular cost reporting.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
• Proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor on complex construction projects.
• Strong background in pre-contract cost management and budget control.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in project management or construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Chartered status or active progress toward chartership.
