Salary: $136,600 – $187,770 USD

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of Appian-based LCAP software solutions to meet business objectives.
• Act as the design authority for business-critical applications, ensuring alignment with company standards and patterns.
• Build prototypes and reference architectures to effectively leverage the Appian platform.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and architectural assessments to various IT teams and initiatives.
• Research LCAP trends and implement proof-of-concepts to maintain a competitive market advantage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define enterprise solutions and update LCAP best practices and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of related professional experience.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering complex Appian solutions, including case management and integrations.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states.
• Strong knowledge of database and infrastructure design best practices.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture, CI/CD, NoSQL, APIs, and Microservices.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of the Workers' Compensation industry.
