Salary: $179,760 – $341,520

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO and senior technology leadership to shape healthcare transformation strategies.
• Develop technology strategies, reference architectures, and solution roadmaps aligned with clinical and business priorities.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate technologies from hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and healthcare vendors.
• Lead the integration of new capabilities into existing enterprise environments, ensuring security and scalability.
• Facilitate executive strategy sessions and discovery workshops to identify high-value transformation opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen (government contract requirement).
• Must be based on-site in Dallas, TX.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 20+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology consulting.
• Deep expertise in healthcare ecosystems (Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner), HL7, and FHIR frameworks.
• Proven experience developing AI/ML strategies, including Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.

Nice to have

• TOGAF expertise and certifications.
• Experience with IT Operating Models and building organizations to deploy key technologies.
• Advanced certifications in cloud platforms or specific domain expertise.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, Scrum).
